ProvenanceGuard

§ MARKING-CONFORMANCE EVIDENCE VAULT

Does your marking survive your own pipeline?

EU AI Act Article 50 has applied since 2 August 2026, and the Article 50(2) marking grace period for systems already on the market before that date ends 2 December 2026. Register a generative system, upload a real sample output for each version, and the vault executes a marking-survival battery on the actual bytes — re-encode, resize, format conversion, metadata strip — then seals every run into a dated, hash-chained evidence pack you can export for a market-surveillance inquiry.

Honest scope: the battery measures what this tool can detect in the bytes (C2PA/JUMBF markers, an XMP packet, a ProvenanceGuard signed assertion, AI disclosure in metadata) before and after each transform. It is an evidence aid, not legal advice and not a compliance verdict.

Boundary: ProvenanceGuard tests systems and pipelines: whether machine-readable marking survives them, per model version. It never provides per-content disclosure labelling guidance or page drift checks.

§1 — Register a generative system

Free tier: register a system and run one sample battery. Pro/Team: the full conformance history (repeat runs per version) and evidence-pack export. Keep your vault ID — it is the key to your system's evidence page.
