Once a key is activated, the sale is final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If a key has not been activated and isn't working, contact [email protected] — we'll fix it or refund it. A chargeback on an activated license results in immediate revocation.

What the seal is — and is not

The ProvenanceGuard signed assertion is an XMP-embedded, HMAC-signed statement by this service about an asset's hash, creator-declared disclosure and registration time. It is not a C2PA manifest, not a certification by any standards body, and not legal advice. Survival re-checks are local simulations of documented platform transforms, not actual platform uploads. Disclosure wording in evidence packs is provided as a starting point; consult counsel for your jurisdiction.

Registry

Verification pages are public by design: anyone with the exhibit ID or the file hash can confirm registration. Uploaded originals are not stored; only sealed/labelled copies derived at sealing time and the registry record are kept so downloads and verification keep working.
